Requests for copies of reports created by ACSO
or 911 Recordings may be made
by calling (419) 281-0219 Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 2:45pm.

give as much information, such as Names of involved parties,
Time, Date and Location of incident, as you can.
will help us locate the proper records in a timely manner.
name and contact information is not requred by law, but it
will help us gather the correct records.

may also be picked up at the ACSO Reseption Desk.
is a minimal charge of $0.05 (5 Cents) per page for paper
copies and $1.00 (1 Dollar) per CDs/DVDs
is no charge for emailing records when it is possible.
a Report or Recording is to be mailed, you must provide a
self addressed, stamped envelope
sufficient size and with sufficient postage to accommodate

Department of Public Safety Crash Report website.
allow 5-10 days for report to be completed and submitted to

of open /ongoing investigations must be considered by the
Detective Bureau or The County Prosecuter depending on the
nature of the case
